MA(OP) RPsy

Francis is a licensed Psychologist with a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology. His training and work experience comprises various adult-oriented counseling and psychotherapy (specifically CBT), training, and development for individuals and groups. He operates from an integrative view of wellness; constituting physiological, psychological, and systemic/social dimensions. Francis has been working as a researcher, analyst, and consultant for various sectors; for both organisational-related and mental health-related program development. He is also a part-time faculty member of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University Psychology and Philosophy Departments. He has a passion for the rigor and nuance that goes into the pursuit of better understanding and development of people into their full potential encompasses his work and career as a mental health professional.
