We imagine a world where mental health support is literally one text away.
We see our future in helping mental health become accessible to everyone.
Virtual Psychologist is revolutionising the way to help people by working toward aiding psychologists with tools powered by artificial intelligence and deep learning. This will allow our mental health professionals to direct patients to the best treatments based on evidence opposed to intuition.
QAMi can help us get there.

Through machine learning and data analysis of thousands of clinical hours, our technology can identify high risk patients through specific keywords, sentiment analysis and phrases. By alerting and prompting untrained counsellors faster, we can help to deliver better and more tailored treatments at scale.
Research and Development
Virtual Psychologist was part of a research program using language analysis tools to assess mental health of patients during text based counselling. Evidence shows that text-based counselling is as effective as traditional forms of counselling. In addition anxiety, stress and depression are able to be identified with about 80% accuracy from text counselling. This research was undertaken with NSW Centre for Work Health and Safety, Western Sydney University and The MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development research.
